What you'll do
- Localize and execute Plaud's integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including public relations, influencer partnerships, paid media, and multiple sales channels within the France region.
- Collaborate with the global integrated marketing communications (IMC) teams to translate overarching strategic directions into actionable, market-specific campaign plans tailored to the French market.
- Manage local creative, media, and public relations agencies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality campaign assets and initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer success, and product marketing to ensure consistency in brand messaging, creative assets, and launch timelines.
- Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and generate actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future marketing efforts.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including content, presentations, and collateral, tailored to the French audience and aligned with global branding standards.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and engagement in the local market.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local market landscape, customer needs, and competitive environment to inform campaign strategies.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members or interns involved in regional marketing activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Native-level proficiency in French and fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- 2-5 years of experience managing region-wide or global marketing efforts, with a proven track record of executing cohesive, full-funnel campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in working with agencies across creative, media, or public relations disciplines.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in translating global marketing strategies into local market plans.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms that enhance productivity, analysis, and communication.
