Plaud is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment of junior-level roles, assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines, and contribute to recruitment operations. What you'll do
- Build and sustain candidate pipelines for entry-level and junior roles through proactive sourcing strategies, including outreach via social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage interview scheduling processes, coordinate candidate assessments, and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) updated with accurate candidate information, interview feedback, and status changes.
- Coordinate assessments, including technical or behavioral tests, and handle logistics related to candidate interviews and evaluations.
- Prepare and deliver weekly pipeline status updates to the talent acquisition team, highlighting progress, challenges, and upcoming priorities.
- Support sourcing experiments, including market mapping and talent market research, to broaden outreach efforts and improve candidate quality.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including content creation, social media engagement, and participation in recruitment events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative sourcing approaches and refine candidate screening techniques.
- Participate in outreach efforts to attract diverse talent pools, ensuring inclusive hiring practices.
- Help organize and coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, or campus visits to promote Plaud as an employer of choice.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and facilitating communication.
- Assist with other HR or recruitment-related projects as needed to support the overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Engage with the latest AI tools and platforms used by Plaud, such as Cursor, GPT models, Gemini, and Claude, to understand how they can be integrated into sourcing and candidate evaluation processes.
- Contribute to fostering a positive candidate experience that reflects Plaud's innovative culture and commitment to data security and privacy.
- Work in a collaborative environment that values ownership, craftsmanship, and velocity, contributing ideas and feedback to improve team performance.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, processes, and platforms quickly and effectively.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of reliability when managing coordination, scheduling, and data entry tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with candidates and internal teams.
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset to test new sourcing approaches, experiment with different outreach channels, and improve workflows.
- Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months, with flexibility to adapt to project needs.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or human resources processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
