The Property Support Specialist role exists to provide on-site assistance to both newly acquired buildings and established property teams. This position is critical for managing projects, timelines, and budgets while acting as an extension of property leadership. The Specialist offers guidance during periods of transition and supports the implementation of Placemakr standards and processes.

The Specialist serves as a vital link between property operations and corporate functions. They bridge communication gaps and relay essential information during transitionary and ongoing operational periods. This role involves training on-site teams and project managing the logistics of unit acceptance, furniture, and equipment. The goal is to make the operational transition as seamless as possible for everyone involved. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong planning abilities. The Specialist must manage multiple projects and moving parts simultaneously. They are expected to meet demanding performance expectations and handle competing priorities. Exceptional leadership skills are necessary to guide teams during periods of staff transition and process rollouts.
