- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for experimentation, SQL writing, and data storytelling within the analytics function.

- Maintain a living documentation of key retention drivers, updating hypotheses as new data emerges from ongoing tests and observations.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to automate routine analysis, accelerate data exploration, and enhance the quality of insights generated.
- Establish a feedback loop between analysis and execution, ensuring that learnings from experiments are rapidly incorporated into future engagement tactics.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in analytics, with a demonstrated focus on user retention, engagement, and lifecycle marketing.
- Show a proven track record of designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other rigorous growth experiments to inform product decisions.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in SQL, enabling you to independently wrangle large datasets and perform complex analytical queries.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage analytical projects end-to-end, from initial hypothesis to final delivery, with minimal need for direct supervision.
- Display strong skills in presenting data and influencing cross-functional teams, including senior management, to drive alignment and action.
- Have a history of effective collaboration with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to integrate analytics into the product development lifecycle.
- Possess a solid understanding of longitudinal user behavior analysis, identifying patterns that reveal sustainable retention drivers over extended periods.
- Show experience using AI tools to enhance analytical workflows, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Hold a graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, or mathematics, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this role, as no sponsorship is available.

Practical notes
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
- The role requires occasional in-office presence for collaboration, approximately 1 to 2 times every 6 months, allowing for remote work from anywhere within the United States.
- Base salary range: $145,747 - $300,067 USD. The position is also eligible for equity.
