AI Native ERP Consultant
Job description
About the role
This opportunity positions you as a key technical and functional resource within the Raize practice, where you will own the successful implementation of AI-native ERP platforms for growth-stage clients. You are responsible for conducting in-depth discovery sessions to capture detailed client finance workflows and data requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their operational realities. Based on these findings, you will configure the Rillet system, specifically designing chart of accounts structures and establishing transaction rules that mirror the agreed-upon business processes. A critical part of your ownership involves translating complex technical configurations into clear, accessible language for finance stakeholders who may lack a technical background. You will lead structured validation sessions to rigorously test system outputs, confirming accuracy and alignment before the solutions are rolled out across the organization. Furthermore, you will manage the coordination of data migration and deployment activities, acting as a guardian of data integrity throughout the transition from legacy systems. The role requires you to integrate third-party applications with the core finance platform, mapping client requirements against Rillet's capabilities and documenting any gaps alongside viable configuration workarounds. Finally, you will own the lifecycle management of these implementations, monitoring live instances, refining automated sequences, and adjusting system settings as client business models evolve, while maintaining comprehensive documentation for future reference and auditing.
