What you'll do

• Conduct asynchronous evaluations of patient medical questionnaires to determine treatment eligibility and safety.
• Review detailed health histories transmitted through secure digital forms to identify contraindications and risk factors.
• Exercise clinical decision-making by authorizing, modifying, or declining treatment plans based on established medical protocols.
• Compose thorough and precise medical assessments and prescriptions using the platform's secure messaging interface.
• Perform follow-up analysis by requesting additional information or clarification from patients to complete the evaluation process.
• Partner with the product team to analyze clinical data and identify friction points within the digital intake workflow.
• Provide expert clinical feedback to improve new treatment guidelines and health-related features on the platform.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to the clinical leadership team for further review and guidance.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for managing specific conditions such as men's health, weight management, and hormonal therapy.
• Monitor treatment outcomes based on patient-reported data to support ongoing protocol refinement.
• Act as a quality assurance resource for non-clinical staff by clarifying medical terminology and processes.
• Support the implementation of new therapeutic protocols by reviewing preliminary data and offering clinical insights.
• Maintain strict adherence to privacy regulations and professional standards in all electronic communications.

Requirements

• You are a registered member in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
• You hold a current certificate of specialization in primary care or family medicine with eligibility for licensure in other Canadian provinces.
• You possess demonstrated experience working within a digital health environment or telehealth setting.
• You have excellent written communication skills capable of conveying complex medical information clearly and empathetically in English or French.
• You are highly proficient in navigating asynchronous communication platforms and managing multiple cases in a queue-based system.
• You show a strong commitment to patient safety, with the ability to identify red flags and potential risks in medical histories.
• You are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and exercising sound clinical judgment.
• You have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a tech environment.
• Experience in men's health, including conditions like erectile dysfunction and hair loss, is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with hormonal therapies, such as testosterone replacement, is a significant advantage.
• You are able to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• You understand the importance of adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• You are located in the province of Québec and able to meet the operational demands of the role.
