About the role
Perk is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Field Marketing Manager to spearhead demand generation efforts in North America. This position will focus on crafting and executing innovative field marketing strategies that align with our overarching sales and marketing goals. You will collaborate closely with both the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that our initiatives are not only ambitious but also effectively implemented in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy tailored for the North American market, ensuring alignment with global marketing and sales objectives.
- Create localized marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive demand, and foster customer advocacy within the region.
- Monitor and analyze pipeline performance against set quarterly and annual goals, proactively identifying and addressing any data discrepancies.
- Work in tandem with regional Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure the generation of high-quality leads.
- Oversee and refine integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital marketing, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Organize and manage impactful industry events, conferences, and customer engagement activities, leading a small team to execute these plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and North American leadership, ensuring that revenue targets are met through cohesive strategies.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to streamline handoff processes and enhance pipeline performance.
- Lead and mentor a small team, identifying opportunities for growth and overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives.
- Act as the regional marketing representative, concentrating on field marketing and pipeline generation efforts.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong emphasis on field marketing and demand generation.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful field marketing strategies specifically for the North American market.
- In-depth experience in demand generation, pipeline development, and executing marketing campaigns in competitive landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and nurture teams, including managing both direct and indirect reports.
- Experience in budget management and forecasting, with a collaborative approach to measuring return on investment alongside finance and data teams.
- Capability to translate strategic visions into actionable marketing plans.
- A hands-on approach to execution, with a willingness to dive into the details when necessary.
- Strong grasp of multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, events, and ABM.
- An analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
