Join our Account Management team as an Enterprise Account Manager, focusing on top-tier client satisfaction and driving growth. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, aiming to expand revenue and margins. This position requires a proactive approach in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 clients, building relationships with decision-makers across various departments.
- Create and implement strategic account plans by understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and minimizing risks.
- Discover expansion possibilities across different business units, regions, and product lines through new business, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Promote the adoption of Perk's Travel and Spend platform by highlighting underused features and assisting with change management.
- Use data and analytics to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, presenting reports on business outcomes, product adoption, and future strategies.
- Become an expert on Perk's platform to educate clients on new features and consistently achieve expansion goals.
- Identify and resolve client challenges, developing both immediate and long-term solutions to improve satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Technical Support) to resolve issues and influence product development.
- Prioritize time and resources effectively to maximize impact across your client portfolio and business initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing Tier 1 clients in SaaS, travel-tech, fintech, or spend management.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with finance, procurement, travel, HR, IT, and executive leadership in large organizations.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise structures with multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
- Strong financial, commercial, and analytical understanding, capable of discussing T&E policy, spend controls, ROI, and operational efficiency with finance leaders.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term value.
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple competing priorities.
