About the role
You own the full sales lifecycle from first customer interaction to post-purchase onboarding in a high-energy, commission-driven environment. You set the operational tempo for the floor team and act as the benchmark for service excellence and revenue generation. You proactively convert walk-by traffic by articulating the unique value of the Peloton portfolio and overcoming objections with confidence. You manage the total store CRM, auditing and nurturing leads to maximize individual and team conversion rates. You provide in-the-moment coaching and guidance to Experts, elevating their performance when the Store Manager is not present. You facilitate hands-on product demos that build customer trust and validate the Peloton experience. You represent the brand with absolute integrity, delivering honest expectations to build long-term loyalty and retention. You contribute to essential daily operations including inventory oversight, visual merchandising, and event coordination to ensure the store looks and runs flawlessly.

What you'll do
Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators to drive personal performance.
Proactively engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on the Peloton portfolio to overcome objections and close sales efficiently.
Assist the Store Manager with total-store CRM management, auditing leads to maximize the team's conversion rates and pipeline health.
Act as the designated floor lead, providing in-the-moment coaching to Experts and ensuring seamless operations when the Store Manager is absent.
Facilitate engaging, hands-on product demonstrations that build customer confidence in the product and the brand promise.
Represent the brand with absolute integrity, delivering honest expectations to build long-term loyalty and trust with every member.
Contribute to essential daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup to maintain an outstanding store presence.
Own the end-to-end member experience, guiding customers from initial interest through onboarding and post-purchase support.
Leverage data and CRM insights to identify trends, refine outreach, and improve overall store performance metrics.
Serve as a role model for professionalism, energy, and commitment to the Peloton mission on every shift.
Drive revenue growth through a disciplined focus on individual and team-wide sales objectives and commission goals.
Maintain a high standard of visual and operational excellence in the store at all times.
Support the execution of in-store events, product launches, and community activations that deepen customer engagement.
Communicate feedback from the floor to leadership to refine strategies and improve the customer journey.
Embrace continuous learning of products, features, and selling techniques to stay at the forefront of the Peloton experience.
Requirements
2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment with a history of exceeding targets.
Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and set the pace on a sales floor without formal management authority.
Highly organized with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM platform.
Passion for health and wellness and a personal connection to the Peloton product and community.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with peak store hours.
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing job duties.
Capability to bend, lift, and move items weighing 35 lbs or more as part of daily store operations.
Comfort demonstrating Peloton products through extended physical use and in front of multiple customers.
Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards at all times.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product benefits and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly store environment for both customers and team members.
Ability to use CRM tools and technology to track, manage, and report on customer interactions accurately.
Professional appearance and demeanor that align with the Peloton brand values and customer expectations.

Practical notes
This is an onsite role based in Canoga Park, California. You must be available for the full shift, including all scheduled peak hours. Travel is not required beyond your assigned store location. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time.
