Senior Product Manager

About the role

Peloton is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of commercial software and digital experiences designed for gym environments. You will manage the full product lifecycle to improve workout engagement and hardware sales while bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution.

What you'll do

• Define and implement product strategy to drive hardware sales, retention, and workout engagement.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Hardware, Analytics, and Content teams to create integrated user experiences.
• Analyze user data, research, and competitive trends to establish success metrics and run product experiments.
• Manage products from initial concept to launch by translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency and speed during the product development process.
• Communicate progress and cross-functional dependencies to stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management with a focus on user engagement and business growth.
• Proven background working on consumer software or mobile applications.
• Ability to transform abstract concepts into actionable product visions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for roadmap planning.
• Experience with UX/UI principles and managing user feedback loops.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the health and fitness industry or B2B commercial gym sectors.
• Background in developing products that integrate hardware and software.

Practical notes

• Base salary range: $173,478 to $213,957 USD.
• Total rewards include annual equity awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and student loan paydown plans.
