You will own the end-to-end commercial strategy for the Costa Rica market, acting as the primary growth engine for tour and activity operators in the region. This role requires you to balance new business acquisition with the retention and expansion of existing accounts to maximize lifetime value. You will serve as the critical link between Peek and the market, ensuring that local operators see tangible value from the platform. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear, operator-focused solutions that drive real booking growth. This position demands a high level of ownership, discipline, and collaboration across global and local teams. You will be expected to work with intense focus and a bias for action to achieve ambitious targets. Ultimately, you will shape the perception of Peek as the essential operating system for the Costa Rica experiences industry.

What you'll do
- Assume full responsibility for the commercial performance and market penetration of Peek in Costa Rica.
- Execute a consultative sales strategy targeting tour operators, activity providers, and attraction managers to drive new logo acquisition.
- Generate and cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and market-specific initiatives.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight operational efficiencies and revenue growth potential for each operator.
- Lead the onboarding and implementation process to ensure new customers achieve rapid time-to-value and proficiency with Peek Pro.
- Champion customer success by building long-term relationships that result in high retention, product adoption, and account expansion.
- Conduct strategic business reviews to uncover growth opportunities, upsell potential, and areas for operational improvement.
- Position Peek as a thought leader by educating operators on direct booking strategies, industry trends, and best-in-class guest experience practices.
- Create and manage a comprehensive market plan that aligns new business goals with expansion opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Synthesize and communicate market-specific insights, including feedback and competitive moves, to inform product development and leadership decisions.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy to provide clear visibility into market performance and pipeline health.
- Invest significant time in the field conducting onsite visits, meetings, and demos to maintain a strong local presence across Costa Rica.
Requirements
You possess an in-depth understanding of the Costa Rican tourism ecosystem and its key players.
You are fluent and comfortable conducting business in Spanish with partners and stakeholders.
You bring a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS, technology sales, account management, or customer success.
You have a demonstrated history of prospecting, building relationships, managing complex pipelines, and closing new business deals.
You exhibit strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and account expansion.
You apply a consultative approach to sales and customer management, skillfully translating operator needs into tailored Peek solutions.
You excel at building strong, trust-based relationships and are comfortable meeting customers face-to-face to reinforce partnerships.
You operate with a high degree of self-motivation, competitiveness, and a results-driven mindset that thrives on exceeding targets.
You have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage new opportunities and a portfolio of existing customer relationships.
You communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Spanish across all levels of an organization.
You are confident presenting to diverse audiences, including operators, business owners, and internal executive stakeholders.
You are capable of working independently in a market while remaining closely aligned and communicative with a remote-first team.
You are willing to travel frequently throughout Costa Rica to conduct meetings, visit operators, and support market development activities.
Nice to have
You have prior experience working within travel, tourism, hospitality, ticketing, attractions, or the tours and activities sector.
You have previously held a hybrid sales and account management role that blends new business and retention responsibilities.
You are experienced with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom to manage pipelines and communications.
You are comfortable leveraging data to identify opportunities, make informed recommendations, and measure the impact of your initiatives.

Travel is an essential and expected component of this role, requiring regular in-market presence to engage with operators across Costa Rica.
