About the role
Join PatientPoint as the Vice President of Channel Partnerships and become a key driver in expanding our strategic collaborations within the healthcare industry. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that support the growth and adoption of our innovative digital health solutions, particularly focusing on the PatientPoint Precision product. You will work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, product development, operations, finance, and legal to ensure execution of partnership initiatives. This role offers an to influence health outcomes on a national scale by building meaningful relationships with point-of-care companies and other healthcare stakeholders. As a senior leader, you will also play a vital role in shaping the future direction of our partnership efforts, scaling our business, and preparing the organization for continued growth and leadership development.

What you'll do
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for partnerships related to the PatientPoint Precision product, ensuring these strategies align with overall corporate growth objectives and market expansion plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and activate strategic partnership opportunities with point-of-care companies and other healthcare organizations that complement and enhance the reach of the Precision product.
- Create compelling business cases, partnership models, and proposals that drive revenue growth, improve market differentiation, and support long-term strategic goals.
- Personally source, nurture, and negotiate high-value partnership agreements with key supply partners, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements that support the company's strategic vision.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within partner organizations to foster trust, collaboration, and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure the successful execution, integration, and management of partnerships.
- Develop and implement scalable processes, frameworks, and performance metrics to monitor and optimize the effectiveness of the partnerships business, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Lead efforts to build a high-performing partnerships team, including hiring, mentoring, and developing future leaders within the organization.
- Prepare the organization for future expansion by establishing repeatable processes and frameworks that support scaling the partnerships business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to keep the company at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
- Represent PatientPoint at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our partnership capabilities and strengthen our network within the healthcare community.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or enterprise sales within healthcare, digital health, or related sectors.
- Proven success in leading go-to-market strategies and establishing strategic alliances that have resulted in measurable revenue growth.
- Extensive experience in negotiating and finalizing complex agreements involving multiple stakeholders, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Demonstrated leadership in building, managing, and scaling teams, with a focus on high-growth and entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative partnership models aligned with corporate objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, capable of engaging at the executive level.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with healthcare provider networks, point-of-care solutions, or digital health platforms is highly desirable.
- A track record of building processes from the ground up and scaling business operations efficiently.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or related fields.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry landscape, including provider networks and point-of-care solutions.
- Prior experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is advantageous but not required.
- Established relationships within the healthcare industry that can be leveraged for strategic partnerships.

Practical notes
- Base Salary Band: $183,700.00 to $301,000.00
