- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan tailored to the Consumer Health segment, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
- Lead efforts to meet or surpass revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

- Set clear sales objectives, establish key performance indicators, and monitor progress regularly to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Influence and shape channel strategies, including pricing models and commercialization tactics, to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Explore and develop new market segments to increase PatientPoint's visibility and market share within the consumer health space.
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with companies in the OTC and consumer packaged goods sectors to foster long-term strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning.
- Represent PatientPoint at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market needs to help refine offerings and ensure competitive advantage.
- Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the consumer health market to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior leadership on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding and implementation of new clients, supporting customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Over 12 years of proven sales experience, with a strong background in the OTC or CPG sectors, or through agency collaborations with these brands.
- Extensive experience in programmatic advertising sales, demonstrating a track record of success in digital health or related fields.
- A well-established network within the Consumer Health industry, enabling rapid business development and partnership opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve results and overcome challenges.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales environments and adapt strategies as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Practical notes
- Base Salary Band: $185,000.00 - $250,000.00
