What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new Precision partnership agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing both technical integrations such as portals and EHR systems, and business performance metrics to ensure mutual success.
- Serve as the main liaison within the organization for partnership execution, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to translate contractual terms into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Develop detailed project plans based on contractual agreements, setting clear milestones and deadlines to track progress and ensure timely completion of implementation phases.
- Proactively identify potential risks, operational bottlenecks, or challenges that could impact the success of partnership implementations, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor ongoing performance of partnerships against contractual and strategic goals, utilizing performance metrics and KPIs to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Escalate issues or delays promptly to relevant stakeholders and work collaboratively to resolve them, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication, updates, and performance reviews, supporting contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Develop and document repeatable processes, best practices, and scalable workflows for partnership implementation, enabling the organization to grow efficiently and maintain high standards across multiple projects.
- Support internal teams in preparing for audits, compliance reviews, or other assessments related to partnership agreements and operational procedures.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing insights from partnership operations, helping shape future growth and collaboration strategies.
- Ensure all partnership activities comply with relevant regulations, including healthcare standards and legal requirements, especially when dealing with health technology systems and data.
- Maintain detailed records of partnership activities, contractual changes, and performance data to support reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align operational goals with overall company objectives, ensuring integration of partnership initiatives into broader organizational strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in partnerships, account management, operations, program management, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in implementing healthcare technology products, including portals and EHR systems, with a clear understanding of their technical and operational aspects.
- Demonstrated success managing complex contracts and multi-stakeholder projects, preferably within healthcare or digital health sectors.
- Familiarity with digital advertising principles, technologies, and workflows, especially as they relate to healthcare solutions.
- Knowledge of partner revenue-sharing business models, including how to manage and optimize such arrangements.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop detailed plans, coordinate multiple teams, and deliver results on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership effectively.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a high level of accountability and ownership for project outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands efficiently.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and data security considerations related to health technology implementations.

Practical notes
Base Salary Band: $129,800.00 - $220,500.00
