About the role

This role drives growth tactics and removes roadblocks that hinder adoption and usage. The position safeguards revenue through data-informed decisions and precise forecasting. The work environment is remote, with hybrid engagement and onsite nodes in Sioux Falls, Scottsdale, Louisville, Troy, Franklin, and Easton. Compensation ranges from $72,000 to $120,000, with performance bonuses available and benefits eligible for those who qualify. The role builds cross-functional influence by partnering with product, Client Success, and marketing teams to refine offerings and technology. This position champions coaching and identifies skill gaps while crafting development paths for relationship managers and support staff.

Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational commitment to learning and professional growth.
Bring several years of team management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex environments.
Possess five or more years leading people, navigating intricate operational landscapes, and guiding diverse stakeholders.
Show clear evidence of coaching and performance improvement, with a history of turning feedback into actionable change.
