About the role
This role leads the strategy and execution of field gatherings and virtual learning experiences, transforming them into booked meetings and advancing opportunities through the revenue pipeline. You will architect the event framework, align cross-functional teams, and enforce disciplined follow-up to convert engagement into measurable business outcomes. The position operates at the intersection of marketing planning and revenue operations, ensuring every event contributes to closed-loop results. You will design integrated field gatherings and online learning programs that support quarterly priorities and focus on ideal customer profiles. This includes drafting detailed event blueprints for each motion, with explicit conversion targets and assigned ownership for every phase. You will maintain a production roadmap that outlines milestones, responsible partners, and readiness standards to keep initiatives on track. Event prioritization will be based on revenue potential and alignment with sales capacity, ensuring the sequence of activities supports optimal pipeline development. You will manage the complete lifecycle of physical and digital events, guiding concepts from initial design through execution and post-event closure. This includes coordinating with vendors and partners such as AV providers, venue teams, digital platforms, and production specialists to ensure reliable delivery.
The position is based in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. It is a full-time role with an annual compensation range of $92,000 to $123,000 USD. You will design integrated field gatherings and online learning programs that support quarterly priorities and focus on ideal customer profiles. This includes drafting detailed event blueprints for each motion, with explicit conversion targets and assigned ownership for every phase. You will maintain a production roadmap that outlines milestones, responsible partners, and readiness standards to keep initiatives on track. Event prioritization will be based on revenue potential and alignment with sales capacity, ensuring the sequence of activities supports optimal pipeline development. You will manage the complete lifecycle of physical and digital events, guiding concepts from initial design through execution and post-event closure. This includes coordinating with vendors and partners such as AV providers, venue teams, digital platforms, and production specialists to ensure reliable delivery. You will oversee budgets, schedules, statements of work, and internal controls to maintain events on time and within financial plan. A key responsibility is building reusable assets, including briefs, checklists, and quality assurance standards, to sustain consistent execution across programs.
Close collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing will define target audiences, key messages, offer structures, and success metrics. You will coordinate speakers, manage content preparation and rehearsals, and facilitate sessions that reflect the buyer journey. Messaging and follow-up sequences will be aligned to support stage progression and meeting objectives. You will validate attendee lists against strategic accounts, buying committees, and sales priorities to ensure relevance and focus. Creating event-specific and tradeshow playbooks for Sales is essential, including defined meeting goals and structured outreach sequences. You will also coordinate onsite staffing plans, logistics, and coverage models with Sales leadership. A core function of this role is managing the process by which event engagement is captured, routed, and integrated into the CRM. You will work with RevOps and Sales Ops to streamline opportunity creation and remove friction in the pipeline. This includes setting up campaigns with correct UTM parameters, routing logic, and taxonomy to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Post-event conversion, reporting, and optimization complete the cycle, allowing the team to refine future initiatives based on performance data. You will guard metrics and timelines from initial concept through final closure, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement across the event program.
What you'll do
- Architect detailed event blueprints that define objectives, audience segments, content tracks, and conversion targets for each engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure message consistency and ownership clarity.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships with AV providers, venue teams, digital platforms, and production specialists to guarantee reliable execution.
- Establish and monitor production roadmaps that track milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria for every event initiative.
- Prioritize event opportunities based on revenue potential, strategic account relevance, and available sales capacity to maximize pipeline impact.
- Oversee end-to-end event lifecycles, including concept development, scheduling, execution, and post-event closure activities.
- Build reusable assets such as briefs, checklists, and quality assurance standards to support consistent execution across programs.
- Define and manage event budgets, statements of work, and internal controls to maintain financial and schedule integrity.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to refine target audiences, key messages, offer structures, and success metrics for each event.
- Coordinate speaker identification, content preparation, rehearsals, and session facilitation to reflect the buyer journey and support engagement.

- Monitor post-event conversion metrics, generate performance reports, and lead optimization efforts for future initiatives.

Requirements

- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate experience in field events, virtual learning programs, or revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
- Show ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Possess experience working with CRM systems, campaign tracking, and revenue operations tools.
- Display comfort with budgeting, financial controls, and managing event-related expenses.
- Proven capability to collaborate with sales teams and translate pipeline needs into marketing actions.
- Familiarity with healthcare supply markets, equipment service environments, or mission-critical procurement is valued.
