What you'll do
- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring all team members are informed and engaged.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to facilitate collaboration and achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project developments and address any concerns or changes in scope.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures align with financial forecasts and company policies.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a technical or software development environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt these frameworks to suit project needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, to facilitate project tracking and collaboration.
