In the position of , you will serve as a solution architect for enterprise AI Agent implementations. Your primary responsibility will be to create comprehensive system architectures that integrate Parloa's platform with complex enterprise environments, addressing multi-system integration issues and developing reliable, scalable AI solutions for global clients.

What you'll do

• Design comprehensive solution architectures for AI Agent implementations, illustrating how Parloa's platform integrates with clients' enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and contact center platforms.
• Construct and configure integrations using various platforms and APIs, employing systems thinking to tackle intricate data flows across multiple systems.
• Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios that exceed standard capabilities.
• Implement structured testing methodologies to verify architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance in real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Product, Solution Engineering, and Sales, to identify and resolve obstacles.
• Define the scope of AI Agent deployments, offering strategic architectural guidance and execution support to clients and partners.
• Utilize your understanding of LLM internals to analyze client needs and craft prompts for reliable agent behavior.
• Convert complex customer workflows into structured conversational components for LLM execution.
• Refine conversational flows and voice outputs to align with customer branding standards.
• Create documentation on best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing the expertise of the Agent Architect team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles focused on enterprise customer interactions, with demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration.
• Strong systems thinking ability, with a history of resolving complex technical challenges across various systems and data sources.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS implementations, including CRMs, ERPs, and contact center platforms.
• Proficient in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools like Postman, and API authentication methods such as OAuth and JWT.
• Familiarity with reading and utilizing API documentation from enterprise SaaS platforms, including data transformation and field mapping logic.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in risk assessment and problem-solving.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and effective communication.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and a focus on achieving impactful results.
• Capability to analyze customer needs and translate them into LLM prompts and conversational flows, with attention to conversational nuances and A/B testing for agent performance.
• Previous experience in conversation design, prompt engineering, or A/B testing is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Compensation for this role is structured as On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes a base salary, a performance-based variable component, and an equity package.

Salary Range

$142,000 - $162,000 USD
