About the role
As a Senior Partner Agent Architect at Parloa, you will be a key contributor in integrating enterprise solution architecture with conversational AI technology and partner enablement initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be working closely with strategic partners and enterprise clients to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven customer interaction solutions. This role involves guiding partners through the entire solution architecture process, addressing complex integration challenges, and ensuring the successful operational deployment of Parloa's platform within intricate enterprise environments. You will serve as a technical advisor, helping to translate customer needs into scalable and reliable AI agent solutions, and supporting the development of partner capabilities to independently deliver high-quality implementations. The position requires a deep understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, and conversational AI, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

What you'll do
- Lead the design and deployment of AI Agents within complex enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Define and implement integration strategies for Parloa's platform with various enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, contact centers, and other SaaS solutions.
- Address and resolve complex data flow and integration issues by applying systems thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to advise on API design, data transformation processes, and best practices for integration patterns.
- Build, test, and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and API testing tools like Postman.
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop custom integration solutions tailored to client needs and specific scenarios.
- Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of integration approaches.
- Translate customer requirements into structured conversational components, including intents, entities, and dialogue flows, to optimize AI agent performance.
- Leverage knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and prompting strategies to enhance agent capabilities and responsiveness.
- Support the design and configuration of conversational flows, voice interactions, and speech synthesis settings such as SSML.
- Validate the reliability and robustness of architectures and integrations through structured testing and quality assurance processes.
- Review partner solutions, provide feedback, and assist in developing their internal delivery capabilities for scalable implementations.
- Identify potential integration challenges early and work with internal teams to develop effective solutions.
- Document best practices, reusable architecture patterns, and technical guidelines to facilitate future integrations and partner onboarding.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging trends in conversational AI, enterprise integrations, and related technologies to continuously improve solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including solution architecture, enterprise integration, or technical consulting.
- Proven track record working with strategic partners or systems integrators to deliver complex technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms such as CRMs (Customer Relationship Management systems), ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning), and contact center tools.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and experience with API testing tools like Postman.
- Ability to interpret and analyze API documentation, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement solutions effectively.
- Experience in assessing technical feasibility, identifying delivery risks, and managing technical projects.
- Hands-on experience with integrations, testing, and deployment of enterprise solutions.
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs), conversational architecture, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Ability to translate customer needs into effective prompts, intents, and agent behaviors to improve AI performance.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working directly with systems integrators or technical delivery partners in enterprise settings.
- Knowledge of contact center technologies, including voice and omnichannel customer experience tools.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or similar middleware solutions.
- Understanding of embeddings, agent orchestration, and conversational AI workflows.
- Experience with voice configuration tools such as SSML and regex for speech synthesis and recognition.
- Exposure to programming languages like TypeScript or Node.js, or cloud infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of enterprise security standards and compliance requirements relevant to integrations.
