About the role
In this role, you own the end-to-end creative vision for Pair Eyewear, defining how the brand shows up across every touchpoint in a way that feels both strategic and visually distinct. You partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to ensure creative work is aligned with business goals while telling a cohesive story that scales as the company grows. You are expected to set the creative roadmap one moment and dive into art direction on a shoot or refine copy the next, moving fluidly between strategy and execution. You will concept and lead integrated campaigns that live across paid, owned, and earned channels, balancing bold brand building with performance-driven outcomes. You own the development of a high-performing creative team, establishing clear direction and mentorship that elevates both individual growth and collective output. You will maintain and evolve brand systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency while enabling speed, quality, and innovation across all materials. This is a hands-on, strategic role where your decisions directly shape how Pair is perceived in the market and how meaningfully it connects with its audience.

- Own creative vision and direction for photoshoots, video content, product launches, and key brand moments that advance awareness and engagement.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing creative team across design, copy, content, and production, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
- Provide clear direction and thoughtful feedback to elevate individual and team output, helping creatives grow and raise their standard of work.
- Own creative resourcing, prioritization, and budget allocation across initiatives, ensuring efficient use of people and tools.
- Establish and refine creative processes that improve speed, quality, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
- Manage external partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed to support campaign execution and maintain creative integrity.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and creative standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints while allowing room for experimentation.
- Champion a high bar for creative quality while enabling speed and iteration, balancing bold ideas with practical execution.
- Use data and insights to inform creative decisions, running tests that improve performance and deepen understanding of audience response.
- Lead end-to-end photoshoots and video production, collaborating with directors, photographers, and stylists to realize the creative vision.
- Partner with performance marketing teams to ensure creative concepts are designed to drive results and support measurable outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools such as generative image, video, and copy technologies to accelerate production, testing velocity, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with demonstrated experience leading teams in either in-house or agency environments.
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, both digital and physical.
- You maintain a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative direction across brand work, digital experiences, and physical touchpoints.
- You have experience working closely with performance marketing teams and understanding how creative choices directly drive business results.
- You have hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as generative image, video, and copy tools to enhance production speed and creative exploration.
- You possess exceptional visual design sensibility, attention to detail, and storytelling ability, ensuring work feels polished and intentional.
- You have experience leading photoshoots, video production, and large-scale campaign execution from concept to completion.
- You bring strong leadership and team management experience, with a track record of developing talent and raising creative standards.
- You are familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and standard creative production workflows, enabling efficient collaboration with production and design partners.

- You are comfortable working across a wide range of aesthetic registers, from polished brand work down to raw, authentic UGC-style content.
