What you'll do

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with Paga's business objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Represent Paga at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish valuable connections within the fintech community.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the financial technology or payments industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
