Key Responsibilities

The Hospital Manager will architect and maintain the operational framework of the clinic. You will design the patient intake process to ensure every visit begins with clarity, information, and respect. Creating and managing systems for medical records, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation will be central to your role.

You will lead case review sessions where treatment plans, diagnostic findings, and homecare instructions are thoroughly communicated to clients. Oversight of information flow between team members will be critical to uphold practice standards and continuity of care. Developing and maintaining relationships with external referral partners for imaging and laboratory services will be essential for comprehensive patient support.

You will translate complex veterinary guidelines into clear, actionable protocols that the team can easily follow. A key focus will be the integrity and proper use of the in-house laboratory and diagnostic imaging equipment. You will monitor orthopedic evaluations and injury recovery processes, ensuring attentive follow-up at every stage.

Championing preventative health strategies during every interaction will be a core duty. You will also ensure that all surgical, dental, and medical services provided align with best practices and meet community expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must possess current licensure to practice veterinary medicine within Ontario. The role requires the ability to work a fixed schedule totaling forty hours each week inside the hospital facility. A strong understanding of radiography, ultrasonography, and common orthopedic assessments is mandatory.

Candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in preventative medicine, surgery, dentistry, and general medical treatments. Proven ability in managing patient records, laboratory testing, and client communication with precision is required.
