Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each role.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Organize and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the hiring pipeline.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance Otcflow's employer brand and attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to support our hiring efforts.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
• Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote Otcflow and engage with potential candidates.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure Otcflow remains competitive in attracting talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different functions and levels.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for finding the right talent for the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in the tech industry or a similar field relevant to Otcflow's operations.
• Familiarity with employer branding strategies and techniques.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in German and English, to communicate effectively with a diverse candidate pool.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
