What you'll do

• Assist in executing trades and managing client orders under the supervision of experienced traders, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential trading opportunities and inform trading strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations and reports for clients, showcasing market trends and trading insights.
• Monitor market conditions and economic indicators to provide real-time updates and recommendations to clients and team members.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with trading platforms is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a financial services or trading environment, whether through internships or academic projects.
• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments, including an understanding of trading strategies and risk management principles.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation tasks.
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage, particularly Dutch or other European languages.
