What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline OTC trading processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Analyze market trends and data to provide insights that will enhance trading strategies and decision-making.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to address challenges faced in OTC trading, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor and assess the performance of OTC trades, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Facilitate communication between traders, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on trading activities, market conditions, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the development and maintenance of trading systems and tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
Participate in training and mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative team environment.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that may impact OTC trading practices.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in OTC markets and trading strategies.
Support the implementation of risk management frameworks to mitigate potential risks associated with OTC trading activities.
Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at expanding Otcflow's market presence and enhancing service offerings.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in OTC trading, financial services, or a related area.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, market dynamics, and trading strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, with experience using tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
Proficiency in trading platforms and software commonly used in OTC markets.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive improvements.

Nice to have

Experience with algorithmic trading or quantitative analysis.
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and practices.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C++.
Previous experience in client-facing roles, particularly in financial services.
Fluency in additional languages, particularly French or German, is an advantage.
