About the role
The Growth Operations Analyst owns the full arc of intake through shipping. This position is responsible for end-to-end process mastery, training, and continuous optimization within the producer team. The role drives cross-functional collaboration to design new digital tools and establish stronger daily habits across Oscar teams. It reports directly to the Associate Director of Sales Operations within the Tempe office. You will act as a critical connector between strategy and execution, ensuring that operational workflows are not only defined but also consistently followed. This involves taking complex business needs and translating them into clear, scalable processes that the team can adopt with ease. You will be instrumental in identifying where current processes break down and architecting solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor and operational discipline to manage tasks from initial request to final completion.
Work location and schedule
This position is based in Tempe, Arizona, United States. It follows a hybrid model requiring three days in the office per week. Thursdays are mandatory for team meetings and events, while the remaining two office days offer flexibility to align with personal schedules.
Compensation and benefits
The base pay for this role ranges from $26.87 to $35.27 per hour. Employees are also eligible for comprehensive benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year. Final offer amounts within this band are determined by factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees typically receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, along with 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements.
What you'll do
Design and refine intake forms and data validation checks to capture clean sales information swiftly and accurately. Monitor workflows to escalate blockers early by identifying patterns and coordinating resolutions with internal leaders. Create clear workflow guides and playbooks that standardize steps for the entire team. Pull precise records from internal databases using approved tools and queries while ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with technical, sales, and compliance partners to align initiatives and remove obstacles. Maintain strict adherence to all applicable laws, policies, and regulatory expectations on a daily basis. Document process changes in a way that allows teammates to follow updated procedures easily. Adapt to and manage additional assignments as they emerge within the producer oversight scope. Support the execution of special projects that require a high level of organization and attention to detail. Serve as the primary point of contact for process-related inquiries within the producer oversight function. Analyze end-to-end process maps to identify friction points and recommend improvements. Translate complex business requirements into clear instructions for cross-functional stakeholders. Assist in training new team members on tools, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
Bring one year or more of work experience in health insurance, utilization management, or operations environments. Demonstrate one year or more of hands-on proficiency with spreadsheets and databases in technical tasks. Show one year or more of experience supporting workflow improvements, project coordination, or operations execution. Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience in related fields. Prior exposure to tech, healthcare, audit, or management consulting is preferred. Exhibit comfort writing and executing SQL queries when the situation demands it.

Practical notes
