What you'll do
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming environment for all employees.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, including orientation and training sessions, to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues, providing timely and accurate information.
- Coordinate and organize company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives to promote a cohesive company culture.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
- Support performance management processes by helping to organize reviews and feedback sessions, ensuring employees receive constructive input on their work.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure that all teams are aligned and informed about company initiatives and changes.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for employees to perform their tasks efficiently.
- Monitor workplace safety and compliance, addressing any issues that may arise to maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on HR metrics, employee satisfaction, and office operations to aid in decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or office management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset, able to adapt to changing priorities.
