What you'll do
- Deliver product features from initial conception through final production deployment, handling the full lifecycle of development.

- Actively participate in an Agile development process, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write well-structured, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Maintain a customer-focused, product-oriented perspective in all development efforts to ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of the engineering workflow.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all technical deliverables meet security and compliance standards relevant to enterprise-grade software.
Requirements
- Possess 8+ years of experience developing enterprise SaaS web applications across multiple technologies and lifecycles.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to guide high-quality work across multiple developers through code reviews and technical leadership.
- Show extensive experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Ember in production environments.
- Have hands-on experience creating RESTful and JSON APIs, including the creation and maintenance of Swagger / OpenAPI specifications.
- Exhibit a strong track record of writing software tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Display the capability to resolve complex technical problems independently and drive solutions to completion.
- Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
- Show a strong motivation for continuous learning and a proven capacity to handle hard work and demanding deadlines.
- Have experience working in a distributed team environment, utilizing remote collaboration tools and practices effectively.
- Understand the principles of version control, specifically using Git, for managing codebases and collaborative development.
