Compensation: $144K - $198K, plus 15% annual target bonus

Deliver product features from beginning to end
Document design specifications clearly
Mentor other engineers on the team
Guide decisions on application architecture
Resolve software bugs through troubleshooting and debugging
Implement backend APIs using Node.JS
Develop frontend applications with React, Vue, or Ember
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers
Participate in an Agile development process
Write maintainable, well-tested code
Maintain a customer-focused perspective in development Requirements - 8+ years of experience building web-based enterprise SaaS applications
Proven ability to guide high-quality work across multiple developers
Experience with a modern frontend framework like React, Vue, or Ember
Experience creating REST / JSON APIs
Experience writing software tests
Ability to solve technical problems independently
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
Strong motivation for continuous learning and hard work Nice to have
Experience with Node.JS and modern ES6 or TypeScript
Experience with React
Experience working on SaaS web applications
