Senior Data Analyst
Job description
You will architect and maintain the foundational data structures that power Netomi agentic AI models for the largest global brands in the customer experience space. This position requires you to own the complete lifecycle of high volume datasets from ingestion through transformation, ensuring integrity for mission critical AI workflows. You will design and implement analytical frameworks that evaluate model performance and data quality across diverse customer journey touchpoints. Your analysis will directly influence how Netomi scales agentic automation and delivers efficiency for partners like Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, and United. You will translate complex machine learning requirements into actionable data narratives that drive product and platform decisions. This role demands curiosity toward large scale data patterns and rigor in validating datasets that underpin AI driven CX solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to standardize data definitions and establish best practices for scalable analytics. Your work will be instrumental in lowering total cost of ownership for AI initiatives by optimizing data pipelines and insight generation.
Location: India
Engagement: Full-time
Design and build scalable data pipelines that consolidate structured and unstructured sources for machine learning model training and evaluation.
Partner with data scientists to develop feature stores and experiment tracking mechanisms that ensure reproducibility across agentic AI experiments.
Implement robust data quality checks and anomaly detection systems to monitor dataset health throughout the model lifecycle.
Create interactive dashboards and reporting layers that provide visibility into model performance, data drift, and business impact metrics.
Conduct root cause analysis for data related issues affecting model accuracy and propose corrective actions in collaboration with engineering teams.
Develop and maintain documentation for data schemas, transformation logic, and analytical methodologies to support knowledge transfer.
Leverage SQL and Python to transform raw logs and event streams into curated datasets suitable for advanced modeling techniques.
