Integrated Brand Campaign Lead
Job description
About the role
You own the design and delivery of integrated brand campaigns that shape how onX appears to objective-oriented outdoor enthusiasts across every major touchpoint. You translate abstract brand priorities into concrete campaign narratives, strategies, and execution plans that feel cohesive no matter where someone encounters onX. You manage one Brand Manager closely while exercising end-to-end ownership of the parent brand campaign portfolio and its results. You act as the connective tissue between Creative, Vertical Marketing, Business Intelligence, Public Relations and Communications, Channel, and Operations to ensure campaigns are feasible, aligned, and impactful. You build and sustain the systems, standards, and rhythms that allow brand marketing to scale with the business. You move work forward autonomously while staying curious, experimenting responsibly, and adapting as new information, tools, and technologies emerge.

What you'll do
Define and own year-long integrated brand campaign strategy and narrative expression that ladders into the one-year integrated brand plan.
Translate approved brand priorities into cohesive campaign strategies, briefs, channel plans, and go-to-market execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Build and manage campaign workbacks, briefs, decision milestones, launch plans, and post-launch learning loops to keep complex work moving with clarity and accountability.
Ensure campaign work is integrated and sequenced across parent brand and vertical marketing priorities so onX shows up with focus and consistency.
Operate as a player-coach across the broader portfolio, equally comfortable writing briefs, managing workbacks, leading meetings, and executing selected high-priority initiatives.
Partner with Creative to turn strategic priorities into compelling concepts, assets, and experiences that reinforce enduring brand meaning.
Collaborate with Vertical Marketing to align campaigns with the specific needs and maturity of each vertical - Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish.
Work with Business Intelligence to define measurement frameworks, dashboards and experiments that clarify what is working and inform continuous optimization.
Lead cross-functional alignment with Public Relations and Communications, Channel, and Operations to coordinate launches, partnerships, and stakeholder communications.
Establish practical planning principles, briefing standards, trade-off criteria, decision frameworks, and operating rhythms to elevate brand marketing excellence over time.
Requirements
You have a proven track record of owning integrated brand campaigns from strategy through execution in a fast-growth, outdoor, or consumer technology environment.
You are comfortable making enterprise-aware decisions, balancing brand ambitions with business realities, and operating with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.
You have experience managing at least one direct report and partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Go-to-Market teams.
You demonstrate strong executional discipline, with a portfolio that shows how you have turned complex campaign work into clear, on-the-ground results.
You are fluent in the latest tooling and approaches, including thoughtful and responsible use of AI to increase quality, speed, and impact.
You communicate clearly and persuasively, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills that help you influence without direct authority.
You are comfortable prioritizing and sequencing work across multiple campaigns and verticals while maintaining coherence in the parent brand story.
You bring curiosity, adaptability, and a builder's mindset, staying up to date with new tools, technologies, and methods for reaching outdoor audiences.
Practical notes
The role reports to the Director of Brand and sits within a high-growth technology company that expects grit, experimentation, and continuous adaptation. You will have real opportunity to shape what onX builds next as each vertical moves through different stages of maturity. The pace is fast, and ambiguity is part of the job, but you will be equipped to own outcomes end to end. You will use data, creative storytelling, and responsible experimentation to drive both short-term campaign performance and long-term brand equity. This is a senior leadership position in brand marketing with meaningful scope, visibility, and influence across the organization.
