Partner Engagement Manager, U.S. Army Europe and Africa
Job description
About the role
Onebrief is building a new category of workflow software for military planning and operational coordination, and this role sits at the center of that mission. You will own the end to end relationship with a portfolio of high value customers, acting as the primary link between their urgent operational needs and our product roadmap. Your days will be split between leading planning exercises, translating user feedback into product improvements, and ensuring the team fully understands the consequences of every decision. You will rapidly expand usage of Onebrief until nearly all critical workflows live inside the platform, using a mix of training and subtle influence. Success in this role requires deep empathy for planners and commanders, comfort with large bureaucratic organizations, and the ability to communicate with equal clarity to operators and Generals. You will also enable the expansion of Onebrief to Allies and Partners, ensuring our platform meets the standards and expectations of allied nations.
