We are in search of a committed Partner Engagement Manager who will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic relationships with key customers, specifically within the U.S. Space Command. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our solutions are effectively integrated into military workflows, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.

What you'll do
- Oversee the entire customer relationship lifecycle, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, from junior staff planners to high-ranking Generals and Admirals.
- Facilitate the adoption of Onebrief's products, ensuring that military workflows are seamlessly integrated into our platform.
- Serve as the primary advocate for user needs, effectively communicating requirements to the engineering team and showcasing new product features to clients.
- Lead and support military planning exercises, ensuring that our solutions meet operational requirements.
- Provide both remote and on-site technical assistance, including incident response and coordination with internal engineering teams.
- Navigate the complexities of military and political structures to ensure successful software deployment and address administrative challenges on classified networks.
- Act as a representative of the Onebrief brand, supporting initiatives to expand our reach to Allied forces and partner nations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve our offerings based on user experiences.
- Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate users on the effective use of our software.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts within the military community to facilitate ongoing collaboration and support.
- Prepare and present reports on customer engagement and product performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Must possess a current Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Demonstrated experience in leading operational planning within multi-star military headquarters.
- Established credibility with military personnel at the O-4 to O-6 levels, including those who have completed the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS), or the School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW).
- Ability to access Department of Defense facilities and installations as required.
- Strong technical skills to quickly learn our software and effectively communicate engineering concepts to end-users.
- Proven ability to navigate large government organizations to address complex bureaucratic challenges.
- Track record of successfully expanding business presence or increasing software usage in a professional setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with military planning processes and operational protocols.
- Experience with software deployment on classified networks, such as the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the defense sector.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in military contexts.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic engagement plans tailored to military clients.
