About the role
Onebrief is seeking a Partner Engagement Specialist, 1st Armored Division to join our mission of transforming military planning through modern collaboration and AI-powered workflow software. In this role, you will own the direct implementation and adoption of Onebrief within military headquarters, ensuring the platform delivers immediate clarity and coordination for time-sensitive planning workflows. You will act as the primary interface between our product team and the warfighters who rely on precise, actionable information. Your work will focus on the echelons where planning is most hands-on and fast-moving, translating complex operational needs into practical software use cases. You will build trust with users across all ranks and occupational specialties, becoming the advocate who ensures Onebrief becomes indispensable to the commander and staff. Success in this role requires a deep respect for how military headquarters operate and the ability to adapt engagement strategies to real-world conditions. Ultimately, you will drive sustained product usage by demonstrating how Onebrief solves critical coordination challenges under realistic operational pressure.

What you'll do
Execute customer onboarding engagements under the guidance of senior team members to ensure smooth implementation of Onebrief within military planning workflows.
Support internal and customer-facing kickoffs by identifying use cases, pain points, and technical requirements specific to headquarters environments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with users and mid-level stakeholders to establish Onebrief as an indispensable tool for commanders and staff.
Adapt standard playbooks to real-world field conditions, ensuring the platform aligns with the evolving needs of active duty personnel.
Contribute to expanding product usage across staff workflows by designing and delivering effective training and engagement strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact during exercises and day-to-day operations, providing both face-to-face and remote support as needed.
Troubleshoot operational issues promptly by coordinating directly with customers and our product engineering team.
Master every aspect of the Onebrief application to facilitate effective implementation across diverse customer environments and planning scenarios.
Gather and synthesize product feedback from users, then communicate insights clearly to the product team to drive improvements.
Use observations from the field to recommend product enhancements that increase user confidence and excitement about new features.
Develop a deep understanding of customer dynamics to support retention, renewals, and identification of growth opportunities within the account.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by communicating with clarity, influence, and trustworthiness in high-stakes operational settings.
Communicate assessments, recommendations, and updates concisely and candidly to ensure alignment with leadership priorities.
Maintain strict attention to detail, ensuring that every engagement reflects the reliability and professionalism required by Department of War standards.
Requirements

You are technically adept enough to become a power user of our product and to learn enough engineering language to discuss technical requirements with customer teams.

You hold a current Secret Clearance and have the ability to access Department of Defense facilities and installations as required for on-site support and planning exercises.

Practical notes
This role is based in person at Fort Bliss, Texas. Travel is not expected as part of the standard engagement model.
U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the handling of classified information and access requirements.
A current Secret clearance is mandatory for this role, and candidates must be eligible for access to DOD facilities and installations.
Candidates must be able to meet the standard work schedule of Onebrief as outlined in company policy.
