About the role
As a , you will play a vital role in supporting customers during their evaluation and adoption of the OMNI platform. You will act as a technical expert, providing guidance and demonstrations to help clients understand how OMNI's AI analytics platform can transform their data into a trusted source of truth for AI. This on-site position involves working directly with clients at our San Francisco headquarters, engaging in technical discovery, building proofs of concept, and facilitating smooth transitions from trial to long-term customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, design, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to product improvements. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics and AI, supporting enterprise clients across various industries and company sizes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Partner with senior Solutions Engineers and the sales team to support technical discovery sessions, deliver engaging demos, and develop proofs of concept (POCs) that showcase OMNI's capabilities.
- Learn to build and present POCs within the OMNI platform, helping prospective customers evaluate how OMNI can meet their specific data needs.
- Assist potential clients in understanding how to utilize OMNI with their own data, providing hands-on guidance during the evaluation process.
- Support the transition of trial accounts into paying customers by collaborating with post-sales teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to communicate user feedback, feature requests, and insights gathered from customer interactions to help shape future product development.
- Conduct technical presentations and workshops at the company's San Francisco headquarters, demonstrating OMNI's features and benefits to diverse audiences.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during customer evaluations, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist customers in understanding the technical aspects of OMNI, including data integration, semantic modeling, and AI functionalities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of OMNI's platform, staying up-to-date with new features and capabilities to effectively support customer needs.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and best practices to empower customers and internal teams.
- Participate in on-site customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions, fostering strong relationships and trust with clients.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams, helping inform product enhancements and new feature development.
- Support the sales cycle by providing technical expertise during customer discussions, RFP responses, and product evaluations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer pain points and feature requests, influencing product roadmap.
- Assist in developing technical content such as demos, presentations, and use cases tailored to customer needs.
- Engage in continuous learning about OMNI's platform, AI, data analytics, and related tools to maintain technical proficiency.
- Work in a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members and across departments.

Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to perform complex queries and data analysis.
- Demonstrated interest in developing a career in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting.
- Passionate about working with data, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a technical sales environment.
- Prior experience with business intelligence and enterprise data analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
- Experience working directly with customers, including consulting, technical support, or customer success roles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Willingness to work on-site at our San Francisco headquarters, engaging with customers in person.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Knowledge of data modeling, semantic models, or AI platforms is a plus but not required.
