As a Business Development Representative, you will identify new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying customers and partners, creating early funnel opportunities that drive growth while working closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute go-to-market campaigns with a strong sense of urgency.

What you'll do
- Become an expert on the Omni platform and deeply understand how it works for enterprise customers on a daily basis.
- Learn the competitor landscape thoroughly to position Omni effectively against other analytics and AI tools in the market.
- Drive the top of the funnel alongside the account executive team to generate a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to reach new prospects and potential partners in target accounts.
- Accelerate the conversion of warm and inactive prospects into active opportunities and qualified leads through consistent follow-up and outreach.
- Write thoughtful copy that clearly articulates the unique value Omni creates for enterprise teams looking to adopt AI analytics.
- Constantly innovate and push beyond typical B2B marketing approaches to unlock greater scale and return on investment over time.
- Say yes to new opportunities as the company builds quickly and needs teammates who step up and take ownership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to design, iterate, and execute go-to-market campaigns that reach the right audiences.
- Manage early funnel opportunities from initial contact through qualification and handoff to account executives for smooth deal progression.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in business development is required for this role.
- The ability to navigate through ambiguity and recognize that the path to goals is not always straight.
- A willingness to fall forward by bringing and testing ideas even if they do not always land perfectly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up on small yet important details with the team.
- AI literacy and a genuine understanding of how artificial intelligence applies to business analytics and data contexts.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and new challenges emerge without much advance notice or warning.
- The capacity to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams on shared goals and collaborative initiatives together.
- A proactive mindset that seeks out new business opportunities without waiting for direction or explicit instruction from managers.

- Familiarity with the APAC region and its business culture would strongly support the regional growth and expansion focus.
- Prior experience in SaaS or data analytics companies aligns well with the product offerings and the customer base.
