About the role
Omada Health is seeking a highly strategic, analytically rigorous, and externally credible Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets to lead and evolve our investor relations function as a public company. This role is responsible for owning the development of Omada's equity story and shaping how the investment community understands our strategic positioning and financial model. The successful hire will serve as a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and executive team, translating complex business dynamics into a clear, compelling, and differentiated investment thesis. This person will act as the voice of the market internally and the voice of the company externally, bringing deep insight into investor expectations, valuation drivers, and shareholder composition. The candidate will proactively cultivate relationships with current and prospective shareholders, ensuring alignment between market perception and the company's long-term value creation opportunity. They will lead a disciplined public-company communications process, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and ongoing disclosure coordination, while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do
Own and continuously refine Omada's investor relations strategy, equity story, and valuation narrative in partnership with the CEO and CFO.
Serve as a primary external representative to investors, analysts, and other capital markets participants, clearly articulating Omada's strategy, financial performance, growth drivers, and long-term opportunity.
Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors, including healthcare specialists, crossover investors, and long-only institutional shareholders.
Lead proactive investor targeting and sourcing efforts to support development of a high-quality shareholder base aligned with the company's long-term strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of how buy-side and sell-side stakeholders model Omada's business, including key operating and financial drivers, and use those insights to tailor messaging and address disconnects.
Maintain a strong working view of analyst models, consensus expectations, peer valuation frameworks, and the assumptions that drive investor sentiment toward the stock.
Translate complex business, financial, and healthcare dynamics into a clear, compelling, and differentiated investment thesis tailored to different investor audiences.
Own the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including development of key messages, scripts, shareholder letter content, Q and A preparation, investor materials, post-call follow-up, and coordination of the conference call and webcast process.
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to support guidance philosophy, disclosure discipline, and consistency of external messaging across earnings materials, investor presentations, conferences, and other public communications.
Prepare and review external communications including investor presentations, earnings materials, press releases, talking points, conference materials, and annual report content.
Monitor investor sentiment, analyst commentary, ownership trends, peer performance, valuation benchmarks, and broader market dynamics to inform messaging and management decision-making.
Synthesize feedback from investors and analysts into actionable insights for the executive team and Board, helping identify perception gaps, messaging opportunities, and emerging market concerns.
Help position the company effectively around key topics relevant to Omada's business and market opportunity, including virtual-first care, chronic condition management, outcomes, healthcare buyer dynamics, GLP-1 support, and long-term margin and growth profile.
Support broader capital markets activities as needed, including investor days, non-deal roadshows, financing-related communications, and other strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
Strong background in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital markets, with a proven track record of building credible relationships with institutional investors.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience in a public company or public-company readiness environment, with comfort managing disclosure-sensitive information and navigating SEC regulations.
Analytical thinker with strong financial modeling, valuation, and benchmarking capabilities to assess peer performance and market positioning.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and coordinate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a leadership team, with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership for outcomes.
Deep curiosity about healthcare delivery models, chronic condition management, and the intersection of technology and payer dynamics to better engage with investors and analysts.
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in disclosure practices and investor communications, ensuring consistency and transparency in all external engagements.
Nice to have
Experience in the digital health, healthcare services, or life sciences sectors, with an understanding of virtual-first care and chronic condition management.
Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements, public company disclosure practices, and investor relations best practices in the healthcare or technology-enabled healthcare segments.
Track record of successful investor engagement, including participation in earnings calls, investor days, and roadshow events.
