The CRO will own the conditions that determine whether Omada can scale its impact and performance over the long term, leading a differentiated commercial engine capable of delivering sustained growth across existing and emerging channels.
This is a singular opportunity for a leader energized by bold mandates, operational complexity, and mission-driven growth. The Chief Revenue Officer will sit at the core of Omada's mission to bend the curve of chronic disease, driving the strategy to integrate AI into the go-to-market model, expand access, deepen market penetration, and position the company for the next phase of category leadership.
Location, Engagement, and Compensation
The position is based in a Remote arrangement within the USA. It requires Full-time engagement. The fixed salary range for this role is $350,000 to $420,000.
Strategic Imperatives and Responsibilities
The Chief Revenue Officer will own commercial execution against Omada's long-range growth ambitions, with accountability for both near-term performance and durable long-term scale. Key responsibilities include:
Driving Enterprise Growth
Owning commercial execution against Omada's long-range growth ambitions, with accountability for near-term performance and durable long-term scale. Building and executing plans that support significant increases in covered lives, enrollment, revenue, and market penetration over time. Anticipating execution risk early and building contingency plans that preserve momentum when market conditions, policy dynamics, or operating assumptions shift.
Creating and Expanding Markets Aggressively
Expanding Omada's presence across health plans, PBMs, employers, Medicare, government, health systems, and other strategic growth channels. Independently driving payer and employer sales to consistently deliver on and exceed ambitious enrollment and revenue targets. Pioneering new channels, business models, and growth pathways that can accelerate Omada's scale and market reach.
Leading Market Access Strategy
Owning the commercial strategy to expand access through Medicare and other strategically important channels. Building payer advocacy coalitions and partnering with executives on government affairs and market access priorities that can unlock growth at scale. Navigating the intersection of regulatory requirements, policy developments, and commercial execution so market access strategy remains ahead of business needs. Driving government and enterprise sales through self-insured and fully insured employer segments, as well as other large-scale access pathways.
Commercial Planning, Sequencing, and Investment Strategy
Building and owning a multi-year commercial plan that maps specific capabilities, channels, and investment levers to Omada's growth priorities. Sequencing commercial investments with discipline and judgment, partnering with the B2C leader to determine when to invest in direct-to-consumer efforts, brand marketing, channel partnerships, and field expansion. Translating long-term growth ambitions into a living operational blueprint that identifies which capabilities, infrastructure, brand assets, and market conditions must be built in advance. Managing the tension between front-loaded investment and financial sustainability, making phased bets that are measurable, defensible, and adaptable as market signals evolve.
Enabling Sales and Aligning Product
Building sales playbooks and enablement tools to help teams close large, complex deals efficiently. Guiding pricing and contracting decisions with finance to protect margins while accelerating adoption. Creating feedback loops between product teams and sales to align roadmap priorities with real-world outcomes. Partnering with data and analytics groups to test channels, refine targeting, and demonstrate incremental impact.
