Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Acquisitions and Activation
Job description
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Acquisitions and Activation at Okta.
About the role
This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of identity experiments, transforming raw behavioral data into production features that define how developers experience Okta. You will operate with speed, clarity, and precision to deliver measurable improvements across the acquisition and activation journey. The position requires a disciplined approach to shipping features that balance technical excellence with business impact, ensuring that every change contributes to a stronger product promise. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to turn ambiguous problems into well-defined experiments that can be validated and scaled. The role demands fluency in both frontend and backend systems so that you can move seamlessly between user interface details and server-side architecture. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable code while also thinking strategically about the metrics that matter most to the business. Ultimately, you will own the technical execution of experiments that shape the very first moments of a developer's interaction with Okta.
