Job description
About the role
You will manage and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical execution to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality strategic and technical work. You will translate complex technical findings and system behaviors into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and non-technical stakeholders. You will review strategist work for technical accuracy and strategic quality before client delivery, safeguarding standards and best practices. You will partner with Account Directors and internal leadership to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities that grow existing client relationships. You will support scoping, solution design, and new business conversations for RevOps opportunities, ensuring proposals align with client needs and Directive's methodologies. You will help develop repeatable processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards as the Revenue Operations practice scales efficiently. You will maintain visibility into project health, capacity, utilization, and delivery risks across the team to proactively manage timelines and resource allocation. You will remain engaged in client environments to troubleshoot complex issues, guide architecture decisions, conduct audits, and support implementations when deeper expertise is required.
