Data Analyst
Job description
About the role
The owns the integrity of the data pipeline that powers our tax infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of sales tax data from raw transactional events to filing-ready outputs. This role serves as the critical link between chaotic source data and structured, validated datasets that empower the entire organization. You will design and manage intake procedures that normalize transaction events from diverse and complex sources. Success requires turning messy inputs into dependable information that stakeholders can trust implicitly. A core part of the role involves fielding focused questions from customer-facing teams to resolve data ambiguities quickly. You will trace patterns within large datasets to investigate specific anomalies and construct internal dashboards that speed reconciliation and reduce errors.
