GTM Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end product-led growth infrastructure for Nuitée's API-first travel platform, translating raw demand signals into scalable conversion workflows. You will design the data model for tracking company behavior across web, product, and partner integrations, ensuring every event feeds a unified growth intelligence layer. You will build the routing, enrichment, and scoring logic that powers AI-assisted workflows, directly connecting product usage to sales action. You will own the dashboards and automation rules that allow the Growth team to prioritize accounts and trigger timely outreach based on real-time signals. You will partner directly with the VP Growth to define the operating system that turns inbound interest into predictable revenue outcomes. You will experiment constantly, using data and AI tools to hypothesize improvements, measure impact, and iterate on the product-led motion. Your work will sit at the intersection of product, data, and revenue, shaping how Nuitée scales through product-led channels.
Key facts
What you'll do
Define and implement the product-led growth event taxonomy for Nuitée, ensuring consistent capture of user actions across web, API, and embedded experiences.
Build and maintain the data pipeline that streams product usage, partner events, and website interactions into a central warehouse, enabling real-time analysis.
Design and iterate on scoring models that reflect commercial intent, using signals such as feature adoption, integration depth, and engagement frequency.
Create dynamic routing workflows that assign leads to the right go-to-market resource based on account fit, capacity, and stage in the buyer journey.
Develop and deploy AI-assisted enrichment pipelines that augment company and contact profiles using third-party data sources and internal signals.
Construct dashboards and alerting interfaces for the Growth and Sales teams, providing clear visibility into funnel performance, pipeline health, and conversion bottlenecks.
Define automation rules for nurture sequences, in-app messages, and email cadences that respond to behavioral triggers without manual intervention.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to instrument new features with tracking from day one, ensuring event quality and coverage.
Partner with the Sales operations team to align lead definitions, SLAs, and handoff processes, ensuring seamless transition from marketing qualified to sales qualified.
Run experiments to validate growth hypotheses, using statistical methods to assess impact and inform investment in high-leverage workflows.
Own the reliability and performance of growth tooling, monitoring data quality, latency, and error rates to support confident decision-making.
Contribute to roadmap planning for the product-led motion, translating business objectives into technical requirements and success metrics.
Work within European operational constraints, ensuring compliance with data privacy expectations and supporting regional go-to-market initiatives.
Act as the technical owner for product-led initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to production.
Requirements
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth operations, RevOps, or a growth marketing role that became progressively more technical.
You are solid with SQL, comfortable writing queries to explore data, join large tables, and build derived metrics for reporting and analysis.
You are comfortable with APIs and basic scripting, able to integrate systems, transform payloads, and automate data movement using tools like REST, JSON, and Python.
You know your way around tools such as PostHog, HubSpot, Clay, Looker Studio, or BigQuery, and can quickly learn new platforms as business needs evolve.
You use AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, or Replit to build prototypes, automate tasks, and explore data efficiently.
You understand how to translate behavioral data into actionable segments and funnels, enabling targeted engagement and conversion optimization.
You have experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in a product-led or revenue operations context where data drives decisions.
You are comfortable working remotely within Europe, aligning with distributed teams across London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca, and Casablanca.
