What you'll do
- Architect and implement robust APIs and core platform features that power web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Spearhead the integration of new data sources and partners, establishing secure and efficient data pipelines that expand our platform's capabilities.

- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, applying systematic debugging and analysis to minimize service disruptions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools, assessing their potential benefits for our stack and proposing adoption strategies where appropriate.
- Document technical designs, system behaviors, and integration procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain comprehensive project records.
- Partner with data science teams to understand model requirements and ensure that software infrastructure supports accurate and efficient data processing.
- Optimize database queries and application logic to reduce latency and improve response times for critical user interactions and data operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for production incidents and contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring systems.
- Contribute to the definition and refinement of engineering processes, helping to establish workflows that maximize team efficiency and output quality.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in relevant technologies and application domains.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to quickly learn and master new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages as project requirements evolve.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Show excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical colleagues across various departments.
- Have a solid understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
- Be comfortable working with distributed systems and cloud-based infrastructures, particularly within modern deployment environments.
- Bring a strong attention to detail and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
