About the role
The Regional Partner Manager for the United Kingdom will own the end to end strategy and execution of our ecosystem motion in the UK market. This role is responsible for designing and scaling a high performance partner network that directly contributes to the company's revenue and pipeline targets. You will act as the primary architect of partner value, translating global programs into localized actions that resonate with the UK buying environment. The position requires a blend of strategic vision and operational rigor to manage a portfolio of relationships that span resellers, hyperscalers, and local service providers. You will be the critical link between Notion's product capabilities and the distribution power of our partner community. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and quantity of partner driven revenue and the strength of the ecosystem you build. You will have the autonomy to shape the UK partner motion while collaborating closely with global and regional leadership.

What you'll do
Develop and own a comprehensive UK partner strategy that aligns with Notion's overall growth objectives and market positioning.
Architect and manage the value-added reseller ecosystem, ensuring partners have the tools, training, and enablement to succeed.
Establish and maintain deep, executive level relationships with key hyperscalers and systems integrators to unlock strategic opportunities.
Oversee the end to end management of cloud marketplace transactions and co sell activities, optimizing for velocity and win rates.
Map strategic partner accounts and connect their efforts to the internal sales team to create a robust pipeline of opportunity.
Implement joint go to market initiatives and campaigns that leverage partner strengths and Notion's product narrative.
Analyze partner performance metrics and report on program results, providing insights to EMEA leadership and internal stakeholders.
Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities that expand Notion's reach into adjacent verticals and geographies within the UK and EMEA.
Serve as the central point for coordinating global and EMEA partner programs, ensuring localization and relevance for the UK market.
Provide feedback from the field regarding product usage, competitive dynamics, and customer sentiment to inform global strategy.
Champion the partner community by facilitating networking, best practice sharing, and alignment on industry trends.
Ensure all partner activities adhere to Notion's standards for compliance, security, and quality in every engagement.
Drive the creation of localized content and sales tools that empower partners to articulate value to UK based buyers.
Act as an external facing leader who represents Notion at industry events and partner forums to strengthen the brand.
Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience in channel sales, alliances, or partnerships within the enterprise cloud or SaaS sectors.
Your background must include proven success in managing both reseller programs and complex hyperscaler partnerships simultaneously.
You have a documented history of building partner programs from the ground up that delivered measurable revenue outcomes and growth.
You demonstrate a strong commercial focus with a proven ability to generate demand and influence buying behavior through partner channels.
You have a track record of working effectively and collaboratively with direct sales teams to support and exceed their goals.
You exhibit executive presence and the ability to manage high level relationship dynamics with senior leadership at partner organizations.
You have operated in fast paced, high growth startup environments and thrived under ambiguity and rapid change.
You are currently based in London and possess deep, nuanced knowledge of the UK technology market and its key players.
You are willing and able to travel across the EMEA region frequently to support partners and attend key meetings.
You have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom and will comply with all Notion policies and procedures.
Nice to have
You have prior, hands on experience with cloud marketplace co sell motions and the operational nuances involved.
You bring a background in product led growth or experience building bottoms up SaaS models and ecosystems.
You already maintain an existing network of UK systems integrators, VARs, or hyperscaler partner teams.
You have managed partnerships across multiple EMEA markets and understand the nuances of regional execution.
