Payroll Onboarding Specialist
Job description
About the role
Nory is on a mission to fix hospitality for good, tackling thin margins and high waste with an all-knowing restaurant management system powered by real-time data and AI predictive analytics. As we scale from our Series B led by Kinnevik, we are building the tools and culture that let restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit while creating better jobs and healthier margins. The Payroll Onboarding Specialist owns the end-to-end setup of new client payrolls, shaping the processes that keep our onboarding accurate, efficient, and repeatable as we grow. In this role, you will directly influence how seamlessly we bring new clients onto our platform and how smoothly they operate from day one. You will combine technical configuration with stakeholder communication to ensure every payroll implementation reflects our standards and supports our operators. This is a chance to own a critical piece of the product experience from setup to handover. If you are driven by precision, process, and impact, this role gives you the space to lead how we scale payroll delivery.
