Nory is on a mission to revolutionize the restaurant management landscape in the United States, and we are looking for a pioneering sales leader to help us achieve this goal. As a Founding Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of introducing our innovative AI-driven operational intelligence platform to American restaurant operators. This role is crucial for establishing our brand and expanding our market presence from the ground up.

What you'll do
- Oversee the complete sales process, from initial outreach and prospecting to the final stages of contract negotiations, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, General Managers, and Regional Operators, to address and resolve intricate challenges in hospitality management.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of our platform, while also gathering valuable feedback from customers to relay to our product development team.
- Implement and adapt successful sales strategies that were effective during our expansion in Europe, tailoring them to fit the unique dynamics of the US market.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns that resonate with our target audience in the restaurant sector.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to position our product as the go-to solution for restaurant management challenges.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes continually.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish connections within the hospitality sector.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role as an Account Executive, specifically within the B2B hospitality SaaS domain.
- Proven track record of successfully generating your own sales pipeline and consistently achieving a top-tier ranking within your organization.
- Experience handling deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) exceeding $20,000, demonstrating your ability to manage high-stakes negotiations.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies, particularly MEDDICC, to effectively guide your sales approach.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with diverse stakeholders effectively.
