What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for employees in assigned regions.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and internal company policies.
• Partner with human resources and finance departments to manage payroll-related documentation and reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll records and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate payroll accounting or a similar finance function.
• Strong understanding of local payroll tax requirements and labor legislation in Mexico.
• Proficiency in managing payroll systems and accounting software.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in financial reporting.
