Key facts
What you'll do
Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential new leads across diverse markets.
Analyze historical customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform future strategies.
Create bespoke stakeholder engagement plans and develop tailored communication strategies for new and existing customers.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external executive-level meetings to ensure seamless progression of the end-to-end sales process.
Draft compelling business cases and pricing proposals based on guidance from Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
Process signed contracts and conduct post-sales customer reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities.
Participate in shadowing opportunities where Instructure products are introduced or sold to new higher education accounts.
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in Salesforce in close partnership with the team.
Leverage innovative tools and adopt AI solutions to enhance personal efficiency and team productivity.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Perform detailed competitive analysis to understand market positioning and refine our value proposition.
Support the creation of marketing collateral and sales enablement materials to empower the broader team.
Proactively seek feedback from customers to inform product improvements and internal best practices.
Demonstrate ownership of administrative tasks that free up Account Executives to focus on high-level negotiations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales playbooks and operational frameworks.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrate proven ability to listen, learn, connect the dots, and execute on complex tasks.
Show a proven ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have
Possess 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Rep, Business Development Executive, or equivalent role.
Have experience working with education institutions, EdTech, or Professional Learning environments with a focus on LMS.
Have prior experience selling enterprise-level software, SaaS sales, and related services.
Bring prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage pipelines and data.

This role is based in the United Kingdom and requires full-time commitment.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
Travel within the United Kingdom may be required for client meetings and company events.
