About the role
You will own the strategic expansion of Northspyre's customer portfolio by identifying and activating underutilized platform capabilities for key accounts. This role requires you to act as a trusted advisor, translating complex platform features into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable project outcomes for real estate development teams. You will own the end-to-end relationship health for your assigned book of business, ensuring alignment between client goals and Northspyre's data-driven platform. You are responsible for pioneering new use cases that showcase the platform's ROI and cement long-term partnerships rooted in operational excellence. You will leverage deep analytical skills to interpret platform usage data and convert insights into targeted interventions that prevent churn and stimulate growth. Ultimately, you will serve as the primary agent of change, guiding traditional real estate operators through digital transformation with coaching and hands-on support.

What you'll do
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer platform utilization data to pinpoint feature adoption gaps and opportunities for expanded value.
Develop and execute proactive outreach plans tailored to each account's maturity, driving targeted campaigns that increase platform engagement and retention.
Partner closely with the product team to synthesize customer feedback and translate it into actionable requirements for new or improved features.
Champion Northspyre's vision during executive conversations, positioning the platform as the central nervous system for real estate development decision-making.
Lead the design and implementation of customized adoption roadmaps that align with each client's specific project delivery objectives.
Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with technical and product teams to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring implementation milestones are met and initial value is realized quickly.
Evaluate and optimize customer health scores on a recurring basis, identifying at-risk accounts and deploying retention strategies before churn occurs.
Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing strategic insights that influence product direction and messaging to the sales organization.
Travel as needed to conduct in-person workshops and strategic sessions with clients, supporting no more than 1-2 days of travel every 2-3 months.
Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling case studies and success stories that highlight expanded platform adoption and outcomes.
Support the creation of data-driven quarterly business reviews that demonstrate tangible ROI and reinforce the value of the Northspyre partnership.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer portfolios by analyzing usage patterns and emerging project needs.
Build and maintain strong executive relationships with C-suite and operational leaders at client organizations to drive strategic alignment.
Requirements
Knowledge of real estate development, construction, or real estate project management is highly preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that delivers results on a monthly cadence.
Demonstrated high energy and a positive, results-driven attitude in all customer interactions.
Capacity to create structure and design efficient processes in ambiguous or evolving project scenarios.
Persuasive verbal communication skills and a persistent follow-through mindset to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based presentation technologies to craft compelling data narratives.
Willingness to work from the Atlanta office four days per week to ensure close collaboration with product and sales teams.
Preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related design and construction disciplines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and professionally.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and advocating passionately on behalf of client success.
Readiness to travel occasionally in support of client meetings and on-site implementation activities as scheduled.
Capacity to learn Northspyre's platform deeply and train end-users on best practices for data utilization.
Practical notes
Hours: Full-time.
Travel: Travel as needed to visit client offices in-person. Some travel may be involved but likely no more than 1-2 days every 2-3 months.
