About the role
The is responsible for accelerating EV adoption in cities by building the infrastructure and services that make it easy to go electric. This role owns the identification, negotiation, and execution of real estate and partnership deals for future fast-charging hubs across the assigned territory. The manager serves as the boots on the ground, conducting site visits, developing relationships with real estate owners and developers, and navigating rejection with creative, solutions-oriented thinking. They will secure a long-term competitive advantage by sourcing and executing valuable real estate opportunities while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Ultimately, this role is accountable for building relationships with corporate entities for the colocation of Revel charging infrastructure and ensuring viable economic potential for future charging locations.

- Sources, negotiates, and executes valuable real estate and partnership deals to secure a long-term competitive advantage for Revel's charging network.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to execute real estate acquisition strategy and align on regional growth objectives.

- Builds and maintains relationships with key real estate owners and developers to leverage portfolio properties for potential development.
- Works with internal teams and external resources to complete due diligence on sites, assessing feasibility and risk factors.
- Builds strategic relationships with corporate entities for colocation of Revel charging infrastructure, maximizing site utility and revenue potential.
- Evaluates location criteria and market conditions to identify high-impact opportunities in target regions.
- Synthesizes site visit findings and negotiation outcomes into clear, concise reports for internal decision-making.
- Tracks and reports on key performance indicators related to site acquisition and development progress.
- Proactively identifies obstacles and develops creative, solutions-oriented approaches to overcome barriers in a fast-paced environment.
- Partners with operations and engineering teams to ensure site requirements are met during implementation.
- Maintains an organized and process-driven workflow to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Holds 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail site selection, infrastructure development, or related fields.
- Is highly driven and persistent, with the resilience to navigate rejection and push projects forward.
- Enjoys a competitive and fast-paced work environment, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates an organized and process-driven work style, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Has proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.
- Is open to frequent travel within the region, and potentially other regions as required to support growth objectives.
- Is based in Washington, D.C, as the role requires candidates to be located in one of the cities listed in the job posting.
